HEAT OVEN AT 350°F
SPRINKLE GRANULATED SUGAR ON A CUTTING BOARD AND PLACE THE FLAKY PASTRY ON THE SUGAR AND PRESS A LITTLE. USING A KNIFE, CUT THE PASTRY IN 8 TRIANGLE SLICES. PLACE A TEASPOON OF CREMA PASTICCERA CUSTARD ON THE BIGGER SIDE OF THE TRIANGLE SLICES AND FOLD THE PASTRY, SEALING THE SIDES, FROM THE BOTTOM TO THE TOP OF THE PASTRY TRIANGLE. MAKE SURE THE SIDES ARE SEALED OR THE CUSTARD WILL COME OUT FROM THE CROISSANT.
PLACE THE CROISSANTS ON A COOKIE SHEET WITH PARCMENT PAPER AND BRUSH WITH MILK.
PLACE IN THE PREHEATED OVEN FOR 20-25 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKED. TAKE OUT OF THE OVEN AND SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR.
