DUST A WORKING SURFACE WITH RICE FLOUR AND ROLL THE DOUGH WITH A RILLING PIN, CUT OUT THE COOKIES WITH A COOKIE CUTTER AND PLACE THEM ON A COOKIE SHEET. BAKE IN THE PREHEATED OVEN FOR ABOUT 15 TO 18 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKED. DUST WITH POWDERED SUGAR, ENJOY!!
