CUT THE DOUGH IN HALF AND SPREAD THE YELLY ON HALF OF THE DOUGH. ADD THE RAISINS AND COVER WITH THE OTHER HALF OF THE DOUGH.
CUT THE COOKIES IN A SQUARE SHAPE AND PLACE ON A COOKIE SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. PLACE IN THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 18 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
