IN A NON STICK FRY PAN, OVER MEDIUM HEAT, MELT THE SUGAR WITH THE WATER. WHEN IT STARTS TO BOIL, ADD THE CHOCOLATE AND STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL IT MELTS AND DOES NOT BURN, IT MAY FORM A LUMP. ADD THE MILK AND STIR, MAKING SURE THERE ARE NO LUMPS LEFT. ADD THE BUTTER AND HONEY AND LET IT BOIL FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL IT REACHES THE PROPER CONSISTENCY, DO NOT STOP STIRRING. WHEN IT STARTS TO GET THICK TAKE OFF THE FIRE AND PLACE IN A FLAT CONTAINER THAT YOU OILED PREVIOUSLY. PUT IN THE REFRIGERATOR TO COOL AND THICKEN. TAKE OUT OF THE REFRIGERATOR AND CUT THE CANDY WITH AN OILED KNIFE. TAKE THE CANDY OUT OF THE CONTAINER AND CUT IT IN THE DESIRED THICKNESS AND FORM THE CANDY SHAPE WITH YOUR HANDS. (YOU CAN SIMPLY LEAVE THE CANDY IN THE CONTAINER AND CUT IT IN SQUARES). ENJOY THESE DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE CANDIES!!
