PLACE THE SUGAR IN A NON STICK FRY PAN AND MELT IT OVER LOW HEAT

WHEN THE CARAMEL FORMED, ADD THE NUTS TO IT AND STIR QUICKLY

POUR THE NUT MIXTURE ON PARCHMENT PAPER COATED WITH A LITTLE VEGETABLE OIL AND FORM A SQUARE 1 INCH THICK, HELPING YOURSELF WITH ANOTHER PIECE OF COATED PARCHMENT PAPER, (BE VERY CAREFUL, THE BRITTLE WILL BE EXTREMELY HOT!!). LET COOL A LITTLE AND USING A SHARP KNIFE COVERED WITH VEGETABLE OIL, CUT THE BRITTLE IN DESIRED SHAPE, I FORMED BARS.
