Start preparing the pasta frolla:
In a large bowl place the flour and sugar, make a well. In center of well add butter, egg yolks, vanilla and salt.
Using hands, mix all ingredients. Make a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator.
Start the custard:
In 2-quart saucepan, heat milk with the vanilla on low heat.
In large saucepan, with wooden spatula, mix eggs and sugar. Add flour, little at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Pour the milk in the egg mixture a little at a time, stirring constantly. Place mixture on medium to low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Do not reach boil, it will curdle.
Transfer Custard in a large bowl and add the chocolate and cacao, mix until the chocolate is completely melted.
Take the pasta frolla and roll it on a floured surface, using a large round cookie cutter, cut the dough the size of muffin pans and place the dough inside. Helping yourself with a spoon, place the custard in the center and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until ready.
