RECIPE
IN A DOUBLE BOILED, MELT THE CHOCOLATE, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. WHEN THE CHOCOLATE IS MELTED, TAKE THE POT OUT OF THE WATER. HOLD THE STRAWBERRIES FROM THE STEM AND DUNK THEM IN THE CHOCOLATE, TILTING THEM SIDEWAYS AND TURNING THEM TO GET THE CHOCOLATE ALMOST TO THE STEM
PLACE THE CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES ON A COOKIE SHEET COVERED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. TO MAKE THE STRAWBERRIES WITH THE CHOPPED HAZELNUTS AND PISTACHIOS, SIMPLY ROLL THE CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES IN THE CHOPPED NUTS IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU DUNKED IN THE MELTED CHOCOLATE. THEN PLACE THEM ON THE PARCHMENT PAPER TO DRY. THE BEST WOULD BE IF YOU CAN REFRIGERATE THEM.
WHEN THE CHOCOLATE ON THE STRAWBERRIES HAS HARDENED, START TO PREPARE THE WHITE CHOCOLATE. MELT THE CHOCOLATE IN A DOUDLE BOILER AND POUR IT IN THE DISPOSIBLE SAC-A-POCH. USING A PAIR OF SCISSORS, CUT A VERY SMALL TIP OFF, IT HAS TO AS SMALL AS A NEEDLE
