GREEN, YELLOW AND RED FOOD COLORING

RECIPE

USING AN ELECTRIC FOOD PROCESSOR, CHOP THE ALMONDS VERY FINE, LIKE FLOUR, SET A SIDE.
PUT THE WATER IN A PAN AND BRING TO A BOIL, ADD THE SUGAR AND MIX. BRING THE WATER AND SUGAR TO A BOIL AND COOK UNTIL THE WATER BECOMES TRANSPARENT. ADD THE VANILLA AND MIX.
PUT THE ALMOND FLOUR IN A BOWL, ADD THE SUGAR MIXTUR AND MIX WITH ELECTRIC MIXER A FEW MINUTES. PLACE THE ALMOND PAST IN PLASTIC WAP AND PUT IT IN THE REFRIGERATOR SEVERAL HOURS UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY COLD, EVEN OVER NIGHT.
TAKE THE ALMOND PASTE OUT OF THE FRIDGE AND CUT IT IN PIECES WITH A KNIFE IN AS MANY PUMPKINS YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE PLUS SOME LEFT OVER ENOUGH TO FORM THE TOP OF THE PUMPKIN. (LOOK AT THE VIDEO TO SEE HOW TO FORM THE PUMPKINS). COLOR THE PUMPKINS WITH THE FOOD COLORING AND ENJOY!! THEY ARE A LOT OF FUN TO MAKE!
DEPENDS ON THE FOOD COLORING THAT YOU DECIDE TO USE THE PUMPKINS MAY NOT DRY, I SUGGEST TO KEEP THEM ON A PLATE OR ON PARCHMENT PAPER. PUT THEM ON LITTLE CAFFEE DISHES AND PLACE THEM ALL AROUND YOUR TABLE OR AT EACH PLACE SETTING. CIAO CIAO!!
