1 + 1/2 CUPS (200 gr.) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1/2 CUP (100 gr.) GRANULATED SUGAR

1/2 CUP (113 gr.) UNSALTED BUTTER, SOFTENED AND CUT

2 LARGE EGG YOLKS
NOTE: To double the recipe add one extra egg yolk.

1 teasp. VANILLA EXTRACT

1 PINCH OF SALT

1/4 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER

2 TBLSPOONS (20 GR.) COCOA POWDER

RECIPE

In large bowl put flour and sugar. Make a well in center.

In center of well add butter, egg yolks, baking powder,  vanilla,cocoa and salt. Using hands, mix all ingredients.

Make a ball. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
