4 OZ. FRESHLY GRATED PARMIGIANO REGGIANO CHEESE

RECIPE

FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE POLENTA PACKAGE PLACING THE WATER TO BOIL, ADD THE SALT AND SLOWLY ADD THE POLENTA WHILE CONSTANTLY MIXING. ONCE THE POLENTA IS READY, ADD THE PARMIGIANO REGGIANO CHEESE AND STIR. 
SERVE THE POLENTA IN THE DISHES MAKING A LITTLE HOLE IN THE CENTER OF THE POLENTA AND POURING THE OLIVE OIL OVER IT. ADD MORE PARMIGIANO REGGIANO AND ENJOY HOT. BOUN APPETITO!!
