5 TBSPOONS EXTRE VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

RECIPE

THE FIRST THING TO DO IS TO PUT A POT OF WATER TO BOIL THEN START THE SAUCE
IN A NON STICK FRY PAN, OVER MEDIUM HEAT, PLACE THE OLIVE OIL, ONION, PARSLEY, GARLIC AND CELERY, ADD SOME SALT. COOK STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL THE ONION IS TRANSLUCENT. ADD THE SQUID AND COOK. ADD THE INK SACH AND BREAK IT WITH THE SPOON, BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO GET IT ON YOUR CLOTHES, ADD THE WHITE WINE AND STIR. COOK A FEW MINUTES.
SALT THE BOILING WATER AND ADD THE PASTA. WHEN THE PASTA IS COOKED, DRAIN IT AND ADD IT TO THE SAUCE, COOK STIRRING ABOUT 1-2 MINUTED AND SERVE.
