1/4 CUP (50GR.) OR MORE SALTED BUTTER

INGREDIENTS FOR PASTA

1 POUND EGG PASTA FRESH OR DRY

RECIPE

PUT THE WATER TO BOIL, ADD THE SALT, THEN THE PASTA. 
IN A LARGE FRY PAN, MELT THE BUTTER (BETTER MORE BUTTER THEN LESS)

ONCE THE PASTA IS COOKED, DRAIN IT, BUT KEEP ONE CUP OF WATER. ADD THE PASTA TO THE BUTTER AND STIR. IF YOU THINK IT'S TOO DRY, ADD SOME OF THE WATER FROM THE PASTA.

PUT THE PASTA IN EACH PLATE AND THINLY SLICE THE TRUFFLES OVER THE PASTA. SERVE HOT. IF YOU LIKE TO HAVE EVEN MORE FLAVOR, YOU CAN ADD SOME THINLY SLICED TRUFFLES TO THE PASTA WHEN IT IS STIL IN THE FRY PAN AND STIRR. THEN ADD MORE WHEN IN THE DISHES. THE FLAVOR OF THE TRUFFLE IS BEST WITH NO PARMIGIANO CHEESE, BUT THERE IS WHO LIKES IT AND ADDS IT, I PERSONALLY THINK YOU LOOSE SOME FLAVOR. ENJOY!!
