PLACE THE ARTICHOKES IN THE BOWL WITH THE EGGS AND STIR. THE EGGS SHOULD COAT THE ARTICHOKES COMPLETLY

ADD SALT TO THE FLOUR AND MIX. ADD THE ARTICHOKES TO THE FLOUR

HEAT THE OIL IN A DEEP FRYING PAN, THE ARTICHOKES MUST BE COMPLETELY UNDER THE OIL.  FRY THE ARTICHOKES ABOUT 5 MINUTES, UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN

PLACE THE ARTICHOKES ON KITCHEN PAPER TOWELS TO DRAIN THE EXCESS OIL, SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND SERVE HOT AS A SIDE DISH.
