TAKE THE PAPER OFF THE PANETTONE. TURN THE PANETTONE UP SIDE DOWN AND, USING A SERRATED KNIFE, TAKE THE CENTER PART OF THE PANETTONE OUT, TRYING TO KEEP THIS CENTER PART AS INTACT AS POSSIBLE
