IN A MEDIUM BOWL PLACE THE TOMATOES, CUCUMBER, ONION, BASIL, SALT, PEPPER AND OLIVE OIL. STIR

USING YOUR HANDS, SQUEEZE THE WATER OUT OF THE BREAD AND CRUMBLE IT APART. PLACE THE BREAD IN A LARGE BOWL
