3 OZ. (90 gr.) PARMIGIANO CHEESE

SALT TO TASTE

RECIPE

1) IN A LARGE FRYING PAN MELT THE BUTTER OVER MEDIUM HEAT.

2) ADD THE SPINACH AND SALT. COOK, COVERED, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. DO NOT ADD WATER, IF IT GETS TOO DRY REDUCE THE HEAT.

3) WHEN THE SPINACH IS COOKED ADD SALT TO TASTE AND THE PARMIGIANO CHEESE. STIRR.

4) SERVE HOT WITH AN EXTRA SPRINKLE OF PARMIGIANO CHEESE.
