INGREDIENTS FOR THE PASTA:

1 POUND (500 GR.) SPAGHETTI

RECIPE

1) IN A LARGE FRYING PAN PUT OLIVE OIL, GARLIC AND RED PEPPER. PLACE ON MEDIUM HEAT MAKING SURE THE GARLIC DOES NOT BROWN.

2) ADD THE CALAMARI AND STIR.

3) WHEN THE CALAMARI ARE ALMOST READY ADD THE PARSLEY AND SALT TO TASTE.

4) FINISH COOKING AND SET ASIDE.

5) BY NOW THE WATER IS BOILING, ADD SALT TO THE WATER AND PUT THE PASTA IN TO COOK, ONE MINUTE LESS THEN WHAT WRITTEN ON THE BOX.
DRAIN.
