PLACE A FRY PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD OLIVE OIL ZUCCHINI AND SALT, COVER AND COOK. DO NOT ADD WATER, IF THEY STICK LOWER THE FLAME AND STIR. START BOILING THE WATER FOR THE PASTA.
COOK UNTIL THE ZUCCHINI ARE NICE AND TENDER AND THE WATER FROM THE ZUCCHINI IS COMPLETELY REDUCED. LEAVE THE ZUCCHINI IN THE FRY PAN.
BREAK SOME OF THE ZUCCHINI.
OVER MEDIUM HEAT, ADD TO THE ZUCCHINI THE PASTA COOKED AL DENTE AND COOK A LITTLE.
