HEAT OVEN AT 450°F

DIVIDE THE DOUGH IN FOUR. ROLL THE PIZZA DOUGH WITH A ROLLING PIN

PLACE THE DOUGH ON PARCHMENT OR BAKING PAPER AND SPREAD 1/2 OF A CAN OF THE TOMATO ON IT, DRIZZLE THE OLIVE OIL AND SALT. PUT ON THE MEDIUM WRAK OF THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES.

TAKE OUT OF THE OVEN AND PUT THE MOZZARELLA OVER THE TOMATO AND A LITTLE MORE OLIVE OIL. PUT BACK IN THE OVEN TO FINISH TO COOK
