TWO RADICCHIO SALAD, SLICED

2 TBLSPOONS GORGONZOLA CHEESE OR TO TASTE

RECIPE

HEAT OVEN AT 450°F
ROLL THE AMOUNT OF PIZZA DOUGH NEEDED WITH A ROLLING PIN.
PLACE THE DOUGH ON PARCHMENT OR BAKING PAPER AND DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL AND SALT. PUT THE RADICCHIO IN A SMALL BOWL AND CONDITION IT WITH SALT AND OLIVE OIL.
PLACE THE RADICCHIO AND GORGONZOLA CHEESE ON THE PIZZA DOUGH.
ADD MORE SALT AND DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL AND PLACE ON MEDIUM RACK IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKED.
TAKE OUT OF THE OVEN WHEN COOKED.
SERVE HOT AS A MAIN COURSE, A SNACK OR AN APPETIZER, BUON APPETITO!!
