RECIPE

HEAT OVEN AT 350°F
IN A LARGE BOWL, PUT THE FLOU AND MAKE A WELL. ADD THE SUGAR AND MAKE A WELL. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND MIX WITH YOUR HANDS, PINCHING THE DOUGH. MAKE A BALL AND COVER IT WITH PLASTIC WRAP. PUT IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES OR LONGER. DUST A WORKING SURFACE WITH RICE FLOUR AND ROLL THE DOUGH WITH A RILLING PIN, CUT OUT THE COOKIES WITH A COOKIE CUTTER AND PLACE THEM ON A COOKIE SHEET. BAKE IN THE PREHEATED OVEN FOR ABOUT 15 TO 18 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKED. DUST WITH POWDERED SUGAR, ENJOY!!
