ADD HALF OF THE FLOUR AND MIX. ADD THE SALT, VANILLA AND MIX. ADD THE FLOUR, MIX AND ADD THE BAKING POWDER AND MIX.
START TO HEAT THE FRYING OIL. WHEN IT IS HOT ADD THE RICOTTA MIXTURE TO THE OIL WITH A TABLESPOON. COOK UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND TAKE OUT OF THE OIL AND PLACE THE FRITTERS ON KITCHEN PAPER TO DRAIN THE EXCESS OIL. DUST WITH POWDERED SUGAR AND ENJOY!!
