RECIPE

HEAT OVEN AT 350°F

DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL IN AN OVEN CASSEROLE. PLACE THE LAMB, SKIN DOWN AND PUT THE ROSEMARY, GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER IN THE MEAT. DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL.

TURN THE LEG OF THE LAMB OVER AND ADD MORE ROSEMARY, GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER, DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL. PLACE IN THE PRE-HEATED OVEN UNTIL READY (APROX. 20 MINUTES PER POUND). THE SLOW OVEN WILL KEEP THE MEAT TENDER. BASTE OCCASIONALLY. WHEN THE LAMB IS READY, LEAVE IT IN THE CLOSED OVEN UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
