HEAT OVEN AT 400°F
PLACE THE POTATOES IN A LARGE CASSEROLE. ADD THE SALT, ROSEMARY AND GARLIC. DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL AND STIRR. PLACE THE POTATOES IN THE PRE-HEATED OVEN.
COOK ABOUT 45 MINUTES, STIRRING THEM OCCASIONALLY. THE COOKING TIME WILL VERY, IT DEPENDS ON THE SIZE OF THE POTATOES. TEST THEM WITH A TOOTHPICK. THE POTATOES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE VERY SOFT.
