IN A LARGE FRY PAN, OVER MEDIUM HEAT, PUT THE OLIVE OIL, GARLIC AND RED PEPPER
WHEN THE OIL IS STARTING TO GET HOT, ADD THE FRIGGITELLI AND COOK, COVERED, TILL THEY ARE COOKED. TAKE THE LID OFF THE LAST FEW MINUTES
PUT THE COOKED FRIGGITELLI IN A DISH AND SET A SIDE. LEAVE THE OIL , AND GARLIC IN THE FRY PAN
ADD THE TOMATOES TO THE FRY PAN AND PLACE OVER MEDIUM HEAT
WHEN THE TOMATOES ARE STARTING TO COOK AND GETTING SOFT ADD THE FRIGGITELLI BACK IN THE FRY PAN AND STIR
SERVE HOT AS A SIDE DISH WITH ITALIAN BREAD, ENJOY!!
