CLEAN THE FRIGGITELLI CUTTING OFF THE STEMS AND TAKING THE PART WITH THE SEEDS OUT

IN  A LARGE FRY PAN, OVER MEDIUM HEAT, PUT THE OLIVE OIL, GARLIC AND RED PEPPER

WHEN THE OIL IS STARTING TO GET HOT, ADD THE FRIGGITELLI AND COOK, COVERED, TILL THEY ARE COOKED. TAKE THE LID OFF THE LAST FEW MINUTES
