DIRECTIONS

IN A LARGE FRYING PAN PUT OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, PARSLEY AND RED PEPPER. PLACE ON MEDIUM HEAT. SAUTE'.

MAKE SURE THE GARLIC DOES NOT BURN. ADD THE SEA BASS AND STIRR AND COOK ABOUT 5 TO 10 MINUTES

ADD THE WHITE WINE AND MAKE IT EVAPORATE. SALT TO TASTE.
