DIRECTIONS
IN A LARGE FRYING PAN PUT OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, PARSLEY, ONION, RED PEPPER AND SALT. PLACE ON MEDIUM HEAT.
SAUTE'. MAKE SURE THE GARLIC DOES NOT BURN. ADD THE SEA BASS AND STIRR AND COOK ABOUT 5 TO 10 MINUTES
ADD THE WHITE WINE AND MAKE IT EVAPORATE.
ADD THE DICED TOMATOES.
SALT TO TASTE AND COOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES. THIS SAUCE CAN BE PREPARED AHEAD OF TIME AND HEATED.
COOK THE PASTA AL DENTE AND ADD IT TO THE SAUCE, PUT THE PAN BACK ON MEDIUM HEAT AND COOK ABOUT 1 MINUTE.
