WHEN THE GARLIC STARTS TO COLOR, BUT DOES NOT BURN, ADD THE SWISS CHARD. LET THE SWISS CHARD GET THE FLAVOR, THEN REMOVE THE GARLIC.
COOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND ADD THE TOMATO. STIRR AND COVER. CONTINUE TO COOK, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
