INGREDIENTS

3/4 Cup (200 ml) PANNA cooking cream
1/3 pound (150 gr.) boiled ham. Buy 1/4 inch thick slice and dice.
1/4 Cup (55 gr.) unsalted butter
3 oz. (90 gr.) grated parmigiano cheese
INGREDIENTS FOR THE PASTA
1 pound (450 gr.) short pasta or tortellini with prosciutto
water
Salt to taste
RECIPE
1) In a frying pan, over medium heat, melt butter. Once melted add the ham and make it brown a little.
2) Add the italian PANNA cooking cream and stir.
3) Cook about one minute, do not cook it too much or it will dry. Turn off the heat.
4) Once the pasta or tortellini are cooked, drain and put them in the fry pan with the ham and heavy cream. Mix.
5) Add the parmigiano cheese and mix.
6) Serve hot with extra freshly grated parmigiano cheese (optional).
