IN A LARGE BOWL POUR ALCOHOL, RUM AND VANILLA. SET ASIDE.
IN A FOUR-QUART SAUCEPAN, HEAT WATER ON MEDIUM HEAT, DO NOT BRING TO A BOIL
TAKE OFF FLAME. WHISK IN THE COCOA.
ADD THE SUGAR, WHISKING CONSTANTLY.
PUT BACK ON MEDIUM TO LOW FLAME AND BOIL ABOUT 2 MINUTES.
ONCE THE COCOA MIXTURE IS COMPLETELY COOL, ADD THE ALCOHOL MIXTURE.
BOTTLE THE CHOCOLATE LIQUOR AND REFRIGERATE. YOU CAN SERVE WARM OR COLD AS A DRINK OR OVER ICE CREAM. YOUR FRIENDS WILL ASK FOR MORE!!!!
