HEAT OVEN AT 450°F
PLACE POTATOES, SALT AND OLIVE OIL ON A BAKING SHEET. USING YOUR HANDS MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND FLATTEN THEM ON THE BAKING SHEET
PLACE THE FISH, (SALTED ON BOTH SIDES AND ON THE INSIDE), OVER THE POTATOES. PUT SOME SAGE, ROSEMARY AND GARLIC INSIDE THE FISH. PUT IN OVEN.
COOK ABOUT 30-45 MINUTES, TAKE THE FISH OUT OF THE OVEN AND CLEAN IT. SERVE WITH THE POTATOES
SERVE HOT WITH A DRIZZLE OF EXTRA VERGIN OLIVE OIL AND LEMON (OPTIONAL).
