RECIPE

HEAT OVEN AT 400°F

1) IN A CASSEROLE PUT THE POTATOES, SOME GARLIC CLOVES SALT, ROSEMARY AND OLIVE OIL. STIRR ALL INGREDIENTS.

2) FILL THE CHICKEN WITH SALT, SAGE, ROSEMARY AND GARLIC CLOVES.

3) MAKE ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CASSEROLE AND SET THE CHICKEN IN CENTRE OF POTATOES, NOT ON TOP OF THEM. DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL AND ADD SALT.

4) PUT IN THE PREHEATED OVEN AT 400°F FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR, DEPENDING ON SIZE OF CHICKEN.
