PLACE THE SQUID ON THE GRILL OR ON A CAST IRON SKILLET AND COOK ABOUT 20-30 MINUTES OVER MEDIUM HEAT (USE THE LEMON AND OLIVE OIL MIXTURE TO BASTE).
