CUT THE SQUID IN HALF OR QUARTERS AND PLACE IT IN A CONTAINER WITH LEMON JUICE, OLIVE OIL, SALT AND PEPPER. COVER WITH SARAN WRAP AND PLACE IT IN THE REFRIGERATOR TO MARINATE AT LEAST 1 HOUR, BUT YOU CAN LEAVE IT THERE LONGER

PLACE THE SQUID ON THE GRILL OR ON A CAST IRON SKILLET AND COOK ABOUT 20-30 MINUTES OVER MEDIUM HEAT (USE THE LEMON AND OLIVE OIL MIXTURE TO BASTE).
