SALT AND PEPPER THE PORK. ROLL THE PORK WITH THE PANCETTA
USE THE ROSEMARY AS SKEWERS, START BY STICKING THE PORK STARTING FROM THE THIKER PART OF THE ROSEMARY. SLIDE THE MEAT, LEAVING THE TIP OF THE ROSEMARY OUT. FOLD THE SAUSAGE AND STICK THE SAUSAGE LETTING IT SLIDE UP THE THE PORK. STICK A SECOND PIECE OF PORK AND SLIDE IT UP TO THE SAUSAGE
USE A CAST IRON PAN OR A GRILL OR BBQ, PLACE OVER MEDIUM TO HIGH HEAT. IF USING THE CAST IRON PAN YOU MAY WHANT TO ADD SOME OLIVE OIL, IF USING A GRILL OR BBQ YOU MAY BRUSH THE SKEWERS WITH OLIVE OIL IF THEY START TO GET DRY
COOK THE SKEWERS ON ALL SIDES, TURNING THEM OCCASIONALLY UNTIL COOKED
