1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT OR POWDERED

9 INCH SPRINGFORM PAN, BUTTERED AND FLOURED

RECIPE

HEAT OVEN AT 350°F
MELT THE BUTTER OVER LOW HEAT IN  A MEDIUM SIZE PAN. ADD THE CHOCOLATE AND STIR UNTIL COMPLETELY MELTED, ADD THE SUGAR AND STIR UNTIL MELTED. SET THE CHOCOLATE A SIDE TO COOL.
IN  A LARGE BOWL MIX THE GGS WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY, ABOUT 5 MINUTES. ADD THE COOLED CHOCOLATE MIXTURE AND MIX. ADD THE FLOUR, VANILLA AND SALT, MIX WELL.
POUR THE MIXTURE IN THE BUTTERED AND FLOURED SPRINGFORM PAN AND PLACE IN THE PREHEATED OVEN FOR 35-40 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKED.
