PLACE THE SECOND SHEET OF PASTRY DOUGH OVER THE CREMA PASTICCIERA AND SEAL THE EDGES. SPRINKLE GRANULATED SUGAR AND PLACE IN THE PREHEATED OVEN UNTILL GOLDEN BROWN, ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
