3/4 CUP (200 ML) PANNA COOKING CREAM ( YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE WITH THE WHITE BESCIAMELLA SAUCE)

RECIPE

IN A 4 QUART SAUCE PAN, OVER MEDIUM HEAT, PLACE 1/4 CUP BUTTER, THE ONION AND A PINCH OF SALT

WHEN THE ONION IS TRANSLUCENT, ADD THE PEAS

ADD HOT OR BOILING WATER TO THE PEAS ONLY TO COVER THEM TO HALF. ADD SALT AND PEPPER AND COOK COVERED. TAKE THE LID OFF TO REDUCE THE WATER ONCE THE PEAS ARE COOKED.

WHEN THE WATER HAS REDUCED AND THE PEAS ARE COOKED, ADD THE PANNA, THE REMAINING 1/4 CUP BUTTER AND THE PARSLEY. STIRR AND COOK A FEW MORE MINUTER
